It goes without saying that it is difficult to keep track of everything here. Now the system is digitized and it’s easy to keep track of upcoming, scheduled and completed tasks,“ he says.
And since all information, materials and checklists are in one system, invoicing has also become faster.
„We’ve gotten faster at sending out invoices. With a few keystrokes, the service technician can send worksheets to colleagues in the office for approval. Handyman is integrated with our financial system and issues invoices immediately after the information is approved.
The Handyman order management tool is one of the most important tools for craftsmen and service technicians in Scandinavia. The tool provide an overview of scheduled tasks, quotes can be created on the spot, invoices and hours can be recorded – all via smartphone, tablet or computer. Handyman makes it easy to document work, update tasks in progress and completed tasks, and view reports.
„It’s working really well for us. There are regular updates and information, and I think GSGroup is a good provider. It’s going smoothly,“ says John Selfors.
