Integration framework for SAP CS and SAP PM
The framework aims at a fully-fledged SAP integration into the CS or PM modules with low effort and clearly defined project scope. The framework maps the basic functionality and can be extended individually. The framework works on the basis of function modules (BAPIs). It does not require additional SAP modules such as SAP PI, but can be adapted for middleware use. In particular, the framework covers the following areas:
- Export of master data (customer master, material master, functional locations, equipment…)
- Export of service orders or service messages
- Processing of emergency orders newly created by the technician in Handyman Mobile
- Automatic processing of orders completed in Handyman as part of the feedback process
The architecture of the framework has been chosen in such a way that subsequent processes such as the posting of stock movements, posting of costs and revenues, creation of the advance invoice, etc. can be triggered automatically.
