Business Central Interface Version 2.0.0.77

We have released version 2.0.0.77 of the Handyman Field Service Management Extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a minor service release adding improvements for custom integrations and usability:

New integration event that allows custom integrations to skip import of orders. This can be used to block import of certain orders into BC.
Update of some warnings to improve usability.
