Business Central Interface Version 2.0.0.80

We have released version 2.0.0.80 of the Handyman Field Service Management Extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a service release containing an important security improvement and smaller bug fixes.:

  • The password for API Connect and the API Key are now saved in isolated storage. Together with the password obfuscation implemented long time ago, it is now impossible to read the saved password data once it is saved. Data is moved automatically from the settings table into isolated storage upon the next use of API Connect or API. Once the data has been moved, the original fields in the settings table are overwritten with a fixed text.
  • The extension now supports projects having task billing method “multiple customers” introduced in BC 28. Previously update document failed if this setting was on.
  • Further smaller fixes and label adjustments.
