Business Central Interface Version 2.0.0.39
Version 2.0.0.39 of the interface to Business Central is released.
The new version of GSGroup’s Field Service Management Extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central provides improvements in usability and bugfixes. In addition, some functionality is added to improve order management with the field service management software Handyman.
Improvements in order management
- Improved wording of messages for improved customer experience.
- Fixed an issue that could result in the error message “Quantity delivered must be 0 but is ###” when trying to import new service lines of type resource.
- When exporting orders, estimated hours is not exported if value of calculation would result in 0. This avoid overwriting values defined in Handyman.
- Better handling of Handyman-orders created for equipment from the service management module that do not match service items in BC.
- Improved stability of the automated order processing routines used in the job queue.
Export Basic Data
- Improved exporting customer records to the Field Service Management System Handyman.
